These terms and policies apply only to products under Shop section.

General Info

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper (Printful). All products are made by order, fulfilled and shipped by Printful. That's why I have limited control in some situations, for example returns and exchanges. Please read these policies. You can always ask me if you have questions or concerns before buying. These are a summary about the most common cases, full Printful's policies can be viewed here.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Shipments to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea and Syria aren't possible as Printful doesn't ship to these destinations.

Also we don't currently ship to the following countries and territories: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal, regarding the method with which you are paying. Both payment service providers are secure and all transactions are encrypted.

Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Depending on where you are ordering, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! The most common factories are located in United States, Spain, Latvia, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and Japan.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Me or Printful aren't responsible to handle and pay the possible taxes and customs.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package and contact the carrier

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact me with your order number within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery time. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states that an order was delivered / the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. I or Printful won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

Unclaimed orders

If the carrier isn't able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by customer, it will be returned to the Printful facility that sent them out. If your order should have arrived already, please contact me within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery time with your order number. If I get notified about unclaimed and automatically returned order, and I haven't been contacted / I haven't been able to get in touch with a customer regarding the order within 3 weeks, the unclaimed return gets donated to charity. So please if you have concerns about your order, contact me in time.

Products and Orders

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper, so all products are made by order. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact me within a week after the products has been received with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What's your return policy?

I/we don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me within a week after the products has been received with photos of wrong/damaged items and your order number, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks or other sealed goods won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I/we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section or in the product pictures. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please contact me within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
